What is a good basic nutrition program?

We suggest to start with a Life Extension Mix, CoQ10, and fish oil supplement. A multivitamin is the cornerstone of every nutritional program, and it should provide all of the essential vitamins and minerals for one's daily needs. For calcium, we suggest considering one of our Bone Restore formulas.

Can I take more than what is recommended on the label?

It is recommended to follow the directions as stated on the product label. If you would like to take more than what is recommended, we suggest you consult with your doctor

When will I start to feel the benefits of this dietary supplement?

Due to differences in a person’s metabolism, general health and lifestyle, it is difficult to determine how long it will take for an individual to reap the full benefits of a dietary supplement. It is recommended that you continue to follow the directions as indicated on the label or consult with your physician.

What do you do to ensure the quality of its products?
  • Raw Materials: the ingredients that go into our supplements are based on purity (to ensure contaminants such as microbes and heavy metals comply with regulatory and GMPs requirements), potency, and usage in successful scientific research.
  • Validation of the Efficacy of Ingredients by Scientific Research: We use ingredients and dosages that accurately replicate the most successful results obtained in scientific studies for maximum efficacy.
What are the “Other Ingredients” on the label, and why are they important?
They are inactive ingredients (excipients) that play a number of critical, essential roles in the manufacturing process including:
  • Achieving uniform density for accurate dosing
  • Dispersing the active ingredients evenly throughout a solid tablet, capsule, and soft gel
  • Protecting active ingredients from rapid inactivation due to heat and moisture
  • Promoting tablet disintegration, as well as capsule and soft gel dissolution
  • Sustaining the release of active ingredients into the body over time
Can I take supplements on my own, without a doctor?

Supplements are available for sale over the counter at your local pharmacy or online without a prescription. Still, you should always check with your doctor before taking any product, because some supplements can cause side effects, or interact with other prescribed or over-the-counter medicines or supplements you're already taking. It's especially important to ask your doctor about taking a supplement if you're pregnant or nursing, about to have surgery, or you have a health condition such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes.
